Position Description:
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Junior Account Specialist will be working as a liaison
between sales and marketing departments. The person will be responsible to perform strategic
call campaigns with the primary goal of building a sales pipeline.
Core responsibilities:
* Work with the sales & business development team in order to develop successful call
strategies;
* Identify key contacts at target companies and initiate a business conversations;
* Manage leads lists coming from various marketing activities;
* Set up meetings for the sales and business development team.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
* 1-2 successful years of B2B sales experience. A background in hi-tech sales or in hi-tech
lead-generation services is an asset;
* 1-2 years experience in a call-center (asset);
* Proven track record of making successful first contact with prospect clients;
* Competency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word;
* Fluent in English, knowledge of French ;
* Self-motivation and discipline;
* High comfort level approaching prospect executives and managers on the phone;
* Ability to deliver convincing sales pitches;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
* Strong organizational skills;
* An aggressive, creative, entrepreneurial spirit.
