Job Description:
Responsibilities: Reporting to the Store Director, the Sales Professional will provide excellent customer service and will strive to establish client relationships based on pro-active sales techniques and to promote the image of the company both in terms of professionalism and quality.
Requirements:
* One year sales experience preferably in a service related industry;
* Excellent organizational skills;
* Inter-personal and telephone communications skills;
* Capacity to adapt to difficult situations with diplomacy and tact;
* Computer knowledge;
* Team spirit;
* Bilingual: French and English (written / spoken);
* Available to work flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends, is a must.
